Michelle has been a member of the DiFranco orthodontic family for over 30 wonderful years. In that time, she has found herself helping out in just about every role we have. That same level of dedication to the success of our practice can be seen when Michelle works with you and your family. Dedicated to providing more than the bare minimum, Michelle takes the time to truly get to know patients like you to ensure that they receive the best possible care. With her wealth of knowledge and experience, when you work with Michelle, you can trust that you are in great hands.
When she's not at the office, Michelle enjoys spending time with her husband of 25 years and their 4 children.

Haley has been our Scheduling Coordinator since May 2025 and plays an important role in keeping our office running smoothly. She enjoys helping patients feel welcomed and making sure each visit is organized, efficient, and stress-free from the very first call. Haley takes pride in creating a positive experience and supporting both our team and patients throughout their orthodontic journey.
Outside of the office, Haley spends her time focusing on school, playing video games, and reading a good book.

Melissa Martinez is a dedicated Orthodontic Assistant with eight years of experience in the dental field, including five years working alongside Dr. Paul. She is passionate about creating a positive and comfortable experience for every patient while delivering high-quality orthodontic care. Melissa takes pride in building strong relationships with patients and helping them feel confident throughout their smile journey.
Outside of the office, Melissa enjoys staying active at the gym and spending her free time bowling. Her energetic and friendly personality makes her a valued member of the team both professionally and personally.

With over 10 years of experience in orthodontics, I’m passionate about creating positive patient experiences and being part of a supportive team. I chose to work with Dr. Paul again because of the respect I have for his clinical approach and patient care. Along with assisting, I also enjoy treatment coordinating and guiding patients through their plans with confidence.
Outside of work, I enjoy drawing, being outdoors, playing volleyball, and spending time with family and loved ones.
